Account
To access our service, you must be 18 years or older. To access our premium service you must have an instagram account. Your account is your responsibility—keep it secure and don't share it. If your account is used without your permission, contact us immediately. If we suspect that your login is being shared with others, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access immediately, with no refund.
Payments, Refunds Cancellations
Propicks memberships are subscription-based and billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or yearly, as selected at checkout). You may cancel at any time. However, no refunds will be issued for unused time. Lifetime memberships can be terminated without notice at any point.
All Weekly, monthly and yearly membership subscriptions are reoccuring payments. All subscriptions can be cancelled at anytime. You will be removed from the group at the time of cancellation.
Community
All Propicks premium memberships include access to our private instagram group. All users must agree to the rules outlined upon sign up. If you violate the community rules, you may be removed from group. No refund will be given. Any advice given by other users does not represent official Propicks advice. You are responsible for your own actions and decisions.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software related to Propicks are owned exclusively by Propicks.You may not use, copy, modify, or distribute any Propicks intellectual property without express permission.
Membership TerminationWe may terminate or suspend your access at any time, without notice or refund, if you breach these Terms or engage in activity we deem inappropriate.Provisions that survive termination include, but are not limited to, intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Changes
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms at any time. Major changes will be announced in advance when possible. Continued use after changes means you accept the new Terms.
